📌 Job Nature:
Per Lecture/Hour Basis
Each position has 1–2 vacancies available.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Degree must be from HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional freelancing or relevant field experience.
- Direct teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Maximum Age:
- 45 years
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions as per the curriculum.
- Guide students on freelancing platforms and practical work.
- Assess student performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Participate in awareness and outreach campaigns.
📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of students earning and taking courses seriously.
- Quality and completeness of students’ freelancing profiles.
- Support in student profile creation, guidance, and tracking.
