📚 Required Education & Experience for NIPS Jobs 2025
🔹 1. Project Advisor
- Education: Ph.D. in Social Sciences – such as Demography, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, or Public Health.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of post-Ph.D. research experience, especially in population studies, family planning, or health. Must have strong analytical writing and project management skills.
🔹 2. Data Processing Manager / Data Analyst
- Education: MSc or BS (Honors) in Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.
- Experience: At least 5 years in data analysis, software development, or IT fieldwork. Must be skilled in SPSS, STATA, CSPro, etc., and have field-level monitoring experience.
🔹 3. Office Coordinator
- Education: M.Phil. or Master’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Strong coordination, team management, and analytical skills are essential.
🔹 4. Provincial Field Coordinators
- Education: M.Phil. or Master’s degree in Social Sciences.
- Experience: Required experience in team coordination, field data collection, and working with field teams.
🔹 5. Administrative & Accounts Personnel
- Education: F.A., F.Sc., or I.Com (Intermediate in Commerce).
- Experience: 25 years’ experience in administration/accounts with good computer and typing skills.
🔹 6. Office Editors
- Education: Master’s or BS (Honors) in Social Sciences.
- Experience: Must have hands-on experience in editing, proofreading, and monitoring field survey data.
🔹 7. Data Entry Operators
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CSPro.
- Typing Speed: Must type at least 10,000 key depressions per hour.
- Note: Residents of Rawalpindi/Islamabad will be preferred.
🔹 8. Female Enumerators (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan)
- Education: Master’s or BS (Honors) in Social Sciences.
- Experience: Experience in conducting interviews is required. Only residents of relevant districts are eligible.
🔹 9. Support Staff
Note: Preference for residents of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
Education: Middle pass.
Experience: Prior relevant experience is necessary.
