Senior and Mid-Level Management Positions – National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA)
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), which is part of the Prime Minister’s Office in the Government of Pakistan, is looking for experienced professionals to fill a number of senior and mid-level positions. These jobs are being offered on a contract basis for an initial term of 24 months. This term can be extended if the employee does a good job and the company needs them to. The open merit system will be used to fill the vacancies at NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad.
NDMA is looking for energetic, skilled people to help with national efforts to prepare for, respond to, and build resilience to disasters. The open positions cover strategic, operational, and technical areas, such as overseeing regional operations, coordinating military efforts, working with the media, managing infrastructure, working with other countries, and managing warehouse logistics.

🏢 About NDMA
The highest federal agency responsible for creating national disaster plans, coordinating interagency efforts, and implementing disaster preparedness and mitigation strategies throughout Pakistan is the National Disaster Management Authority. Coordination of responses to man-made and natural disasters falls under the purview of the NDMA. It answers directly to the office of the prime minister.
NDMA collaborates closely with international humanitarian organisations, development partners, civil and military agencies, and provincial disaster management authorities. Through proactive planning and strategic coordination, it aims to increase institutions’ preparedness, reduce the likelihood of disasters, and save lives and property.
