The Urban Policy and Planning Unit under the Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting applications for multiple positions for the project “Resilient Resource Management in Cities (RRMIC)”. These positions are contractual, extending until the project’s life, in line with the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2022.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Engineer (Civil) – WATSAN & SWM:
- Plan, design, and implement water and sanitation (WATSAN) and solid waste management (SWM) systems.
- Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations for sustainable infrastructure development.
- Collaborate with environmental experts for effective resource management.
- Assistant Urban Planner:
- Develop urban planning strategies for sustainable city development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for infrastructure planning and land use management.
- Conduct research and analysis on urban growth trends and resource utilization.
- Social Organizer:
- Facilitate community engagement and awareness programs for urban resource management.
- Implement social mobilization strategies to encourage public participation.
- Coordinate with NGOs and local bodies for community development projects.
- PA to PD & Office Assistant:
- Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication.
- Manage office records, correspondence, and ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, and project events.
- Sub Engineer:
- Assist in technical inspections, site supervision, and quality control for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with engineers for project implementation and resource allocation.
