Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced a two-year apprenticeship program under the Apprenticeship Act for its fertilizer plants located in Goth Machhi, Sadiqabad (Rahim Yar Khan), Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), and Port Qasim (Karachi). This is a golden opportunity for fresh matric (science) and FSc/pre-engineering pass candidates to gain hands-on technical training in a leading industrial organization.

Available Trades & Qualifications

  1. Chemical Plant Operator
    • Matric (Science) with FSc or Three Years Diploma in Chemical Technology.
  2. Mechanical Technician
    • Matric (Science) with Three Years Diploma in Mechanical Technology.
  3. Instrument Technician
    • Matric (Science) with Three Years Diploma in Instrument/Electronics Technology.
  4. Electrical Technician
    • Matric (Science) with Three Years Diploma in Electrical Technology.
  5. Civil Technician
    • Matric (Science) with Three Years Diploma in Civil Technology.
  6. Laboratory Analyst
    • FSc (Pre-Engineering).
  7. Computer Operator
    • ICS with One Year IT Diploma or Three Years Diploma in IT.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum age limit: 28 years as of 5th February 2026.
  • At least 2nd division in Matric (Science) with relevant qualification.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Engineering degree holders are not eligible.
  • Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship in any industry are not eligible.
  • Apply for only one trade – multiple applications will be rejected.

How to Apply

Step 1 – FFC Careers Portal

  • Register at careers.ffc.com.pk before 26th October 2025.
  • Submit biodata, academic qualifications (SSC/HSSC/Diploma), and resume.
  • Select your trade and click Apply.

Step 2 – NTS Application

  • Apply at www.nts.org.pk for the written test.
  • Test Dates:
    • 1st Test: 7th September 2025
    • 2nd Test: 5th October 2025
  • Pay the test fee via 1Link 1Bill, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, TCS, or bank channels.

Selection & Benefits

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at Goth Machhi, Sadiqabad, Lahore, or Karachi.
  • TA/DA will be provided as per company policy for interviewees.
