The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), under the Ministry of Aviation, is currently hiring for key executive roles across some of the nation’s busiest and most strategic international airports. Through Situation Vacant Notice No. 09/2025, PAA invites highly experienced professionals to apply for the positions of Airport Director (EG-09) and Airport Manager (EG-07).

These federal government executive-level jobs are offered on a contractual basis for an initial term of three years, extendable based on performance. The roles demand strategic leadership, operational excellence, and an ability to manage complex airport environments, including coordination with civil aviation, law enforcement, security, and commercial services.

Eligibility Criteria

 Airport Director (EG-09)

• 🎓 Qualification:
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Admin, Engineering, Aviation, or related fields
• 💼 Experience:
  • At least 20 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in senior management roles in aviation, defense, or infrastructure
  • Proven expertise in people management, finance, commercial operations, or contract management
• 💸 Salary Package: PKR 825,254/month (lump sum – negotiable)
• 🔁 Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
• 🕑 Maximum Age: 54 years (including general age relaxation)

 Airport Manager (EG-07)

• 🎓 Qualification:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• 💼 Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in administration, security, airport ops, or armed forces
  • At least 3 years in mid-level managerial roles
  • Strong grasp of airport processes, public engagement, and inter-agency coordination
• 💸 Salary Package: PKR 479,370/month (lump sum – negotiable)
• 🔁 Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
• 🕑 Maximum Age: 52 years (including relaxation)
