(iii) Last date for submission of online application will be up to 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
(iv) Test date, time, venue and roll number will be communicated through SMS.
(v) The roll number slip will be available for download from the mentioned website after SMS.
(vi) No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through post/courier means.
(vii) Fee should be deposited through the prescribed challan via easypaisa mobile app as mentioned in the online application.
(viii) Payment will only be acceptable through easypaisa.

اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کے لیے کوئی علیحدہ کال لیٹر ڈاک یا کورئیر کے ذریعے جاری نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
فیس کو ایزی پیسہ موبائل ایپ کے ذریعے جمع کروایا جائے جیسا کہ آن لائن درخواست میں بیان کیا گیا ہے۔
ادائیگی صرف ایزی پیسہ کے ذریعے قبول کی جائے گی۔
Terms & Conditions
The appointment will be made as per prevalent rules of the Provincial Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and BISE’s Employees (Appointment & Promotion) Regulations.
A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible as per Govt/Board rules.
Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/Corporation employees should submit their NOC at the time of interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will submit one set of attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, experience certificate at the time of interview and bring all original documents.
Govt. Departments or any reputed private institution experience will be acceptable. Relevant Board experience would be given weightage. Relevant Board experience less than one year will not be counted.
The age shall be reckoned on the last date of application.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
The Competent authority reserves the right to change/cancel the test/interview partially or wholly without assigning any reason thereof.
Only shortlisted candidates after screening test will be called for interview.
The candidates for the post at serial no. 4 to 7 will be called for interview only.
- تقرری خیبر پختونخوا حکومت کے مروجہ قوانین اور بی آئی ایس ای ملازمین (بھرتی و ترقی) ضوابط کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔
- جو امیدوار ایک سے زیادہ آسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دینا چاہتے ہیں، وہ ہر عہدے کے لیے الگ سے درخواست دیں۔
- عمر کی بالائی حد میں نرمی سرکاری / بورڈ کے قواعد کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔
- سرکاری/نیم سرکاری/خود مختار اداروں/کارپوریشن کے ملازمین انٹرویو کے وقت اپنا این او سی پیش کریں۔
- صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواران کو انٹرویو کے وقت تعلیمی اسناد، شناختی کارڈ، اور تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹ کی تصدیق شدہ نقول جمع کرنی ہوں گی اور اصل دستاویزات ساتھ لانی ہوں گی۔
- صرف حکومتی محکموں یا کسی معروف نجی ادارے کا تجربہ قابلِ قبول ہوگا۔ متعلقہ بورڈ کا تجربہ وزن رکھے گا۔ ایک سال سے کم کا تجربہ شمار نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- عمر کا تعین درخواست کی آخری تاریخ کے مطابق کیا جائے گا۔
- ٹیسٹ / انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے / ڈی اے نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
- متعلقہ اتھارٹی کو یہ حق حاصل ہے کہ وہ کسی بھی وقت بغیر کسی وجہ کے ٹیسٹ یا انٹرویو کو جزوی یا مکمل طور پر منسوخ یا تبدیل کرے۔
- صرف وہ امیدوار جو اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں کامیاب ہوں گے، انہیں انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
- سیریل نمبر 4 سے 7 تک کے امیدواروں کو صرف انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
