✅ General Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum 16 years of formal education in relevant fields such as:
- Engineering
- Law
- Finance & Accounting
- Business Administration
- Public Policy
- HR Management
- IT & Information Systems
- All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions (local or international).
Experience:
- Most roles require 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position is mandatory for each role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in power sector utilities, regulatory affairs, or large public-sector entities.
Functional Highlights by Role
Chief Commercial Officer
Leads commercial strategy, billing, and customer interface. Oversees revenue optimization and tariff implementation.
Chief HR Officer
Responsible for policy design, organizational development, recruitment, and employee engagement across all levels of the company.
Chief IT Officer
Directs the company’s digital roadmap including ERP, cybersecurity, IT governance, and automation systems.
Chief Legal Officer
Acts as chief counsel for all legal matters including litigation, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and corporate affairs.
Chief Technical Officer
Oversees system reliability, engineering projects, grid upgrades, and technical evaluations across the network.
Chief Financial Officer
Manages all financial operations, planning, audits, and compliance with power sector financial frameworks.
Chief Internal Auditor
Provides assurance on risk management, internal controls, and compliance with financial integrity standards.
Chief SCM Officer
Handles strategic procurement, vendor contracts, logistics, and cost-effective material management under public procurement laws.
Director General (MIRAD)
Leads the Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Directorate, focusing on power purchase agreements, demand forecasts, and regulatory coordination with CPPA-G, NEPRA, and NTDC.
Company Secretary
Supports the Board of Directors in regulatory matters, corporate governance, statutory record-keeping, and compliance with SECP and SOE rules.
📌 Additional Conditions
